On October 28, 2025, DRC’s technical staff from various departments and production units participated in a specialized training course on “Rubber Performance and Application in Tires” as part of the company’s long-term initiative to strengthen human resource development and enhance scientific & technological capacity.

The course was conducted by Professor Takino Hiroshi from Japan, a veteran expert with over 50 years of experience in the tire industry. He is the former Director of the Research Institute, Head of Production and Quality Assurance at Toyo Tire, and currently serves as Technical Advisor for Rebo New Materials Group.
Throughout the program, participants gained in-depth knowledge in key areas such as:
– Practical TBR tread design for On-road, On/Off-road, Off-road, and Base tread conditions;
– Tire rolling resistance and wet grip performance;
– Analysis of tread cutting, chipping, and chunking performance;
– Variation of rubber properties under different temperature conditions.

The training not only enhanced the technical competence of DRC’s engineers but also inspired a spirit of research, innovation, and continuous improvement.
At DRC, developing high-quality human resources is regarded as a core strategy – a foundation for sustainable growth. With a commitment to learning and innovation, DRC continues to enhance product quality and reaffirm Vietnam’s position in the global tire market.
