On the afternoon of April 11, 2026, in Da Nang City, the 2nd Congress of the Da Nang Automobile Transport Association (DANATA) for the 2026-2031 term was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the development of the regional transport sector.
The Congress holds special significance as it is associated with the merger of Da Nang and Quang Nam, opening up new development space and reflecting a strategic vision for comprehensive connectivity and integration across the transport ecosystem.
From freight and passenger transport, tourism, and taxi services to bus stations and vehicle inspection services, all sectors are brought together to form a unified ecosystem – laying a solid foundation for a modern, professional, and sustainable transport industry.
In this context, the continued appointment of Mr. Van Trung Tam – Assistant to the Board of Management and Domestic Sales Director of DRC, as Vice Chairman of the Da Nang Automobile Transport Association, is a well-deserved recognition of his capability, reputation, and meaningful contributions to the industry. It also highlights DRC’s increasingly prominent role within the transport ecosystem.
