    Blending into the dynamic flow of Da Nang Rubber Company’s development achievements over the years, today’s young generation – empowered by scientific and technological advances, professional passion, solidarity and a strong sense of responsibility, dynamism and creativity at work – carries in each heart a boundless enthusiasm dedicated to the growth and prosperity of the Company.” Excerpt from an earlier article by former Secretary of the DRC Youth Union – Mr. Le Hoang Khanh Nhut (currently the General Director of the Company), published in the 30-year Anniversary Journal (1975–2005) of Da Nang Rubber Company. The Youth Union of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company is a grassroots union. Prior to May 2023, it was under the Youth Union of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones. Since May 2023, it has been transferred under the Youth Union of Vietnam National Chemical Group. With the guidance of the Company’s Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park & Industrial Zones, and the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Vietnam National Chemical Group, along with the efforts and dedication of the Executive Committee, the Youth Union of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company has consistently upheld its pioneering and creative role, taking the lead in production and business support, union activities, youth movements, as well as cultural, sports, and social welfare initiatives. The DRC Youth Union regularly organizes practical and meaningful movements and action programs that contribute to the Company’s overall development, such as: Young Volunteers for the Sustainable Development of the Group; Creative Youth; Volunteer Youth; Pioneer Youth in Building and Defending the Nation; Programs accompanying young people in study and scientific research; Youth training and developing life skills, improving physical strength and cultural-spiritual life, and more. Through the tangible impact and contributions of these movements and programs, the Youth Union – the vibrant youth force of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company – has truly been a key driver throughout nearly 50 years of growth and development of the DRC common home.
