On March 12, 2026, Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) welcomed and held a working session with the delegation from Vietnam Maritime Corporation (VIMC), led by Mr. Le Quang Trung- Deputy General Director of the Corporation.
Attending the meeting, representatives from Vietnam Maritime Corporation included leaders of functional departments and member units across the Corporation. From Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen – Deputy General Director, along with leaders from the Business Planning Department, joined the meeting online from Hanoi. On behalf of DRC, the delegation was received by Mr. Le Hoang Khanh Nhut – General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu – Deputy General Director, together with key executives and management staff of the Company.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed and evaluated the cooperation results between DRC and member units of Vietnam Maritime Corporation over the past period. Based on the achieved outcomes, the leadership of both sides agreed to elevate the partnership and expand cooperation in areas aligned with each party’s strengths and needs.
The session also provided ample time for member units of Vietnam Maritime Corporation and DRC’s specialized departments to discuss in detail their respective products and services, as well as upcoming supply demands. In line with the strategic directions of Vietnam Maritime Corporation and Vietnam National Chemical Group, both sides agreed on several specific cooperation initiatives, aiming to promptly proceed with engagement, competitive quotations, and required procedures toward formal agreements within 2026.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Le Quang Trung highly appreciated the serious and proactive working spirit of both parties, emphasizing the “5 Clearly Defined Principles” in execution: clear responsibilities, clear tasks, clear accountability, clear timelines, and clear outcomes.
In response, Mr. Le Hoang Khanh Nhut expressed sincere appreciation for the attention, support, and partnership from Vietnam Maritime Corporation. He affirmed that, with over 50 years of experience and strong technological and technical capabilities in manufacturing tires and technical rubber products for road and maritime transportation, DRC is fully capable of meeting the stringent requirements of Vietnam Maritime Corporation’s production and business operations.
With a shared commitment toward achieving double-digit growth, DRC also stated its intention to expand the use of logistics, warehousing, and related services provided by Vietnam Maritime Corporation’s member units – leveraging mutual strengths to pursue sustainable growth in a new era of national development.
